BALTIMORE – Orioles reliever Luis Ayala, who was taken to the hospital during Sunday’s loss to Minnesota, was discharged and was scheduled to fly to Boston to meet the team for its series with the Red Sox that begins on Monday.

Ayala told CSNBaltimore.com that he felt dizzy, but after he was checked out, felt fine and had a Sunday evening flight.

He was one of two Orioles who the team was concerned about. Nolan Reimold left Sunday’s game with tightness in his right hamstring, but said after the game it was more like a cramp.

The Orioles have summoned infielder Yamaico Navarro from Triple-A Norfolk in case Reimold is placed on the disabled list. Navarro was brought up on Friday when Brian Roberts was placed on the DL, but didn’t play in the opener and was returned on Saturday after Chris Tillman was reactivated.
