BALTIMORE – This may be the night when Chris Davis fails to hit a home run or drive in a run. So, enjoy it while it lasts.

So here are some Davis fun facts:

-Through four games, Davis has more RBI than 17 major league teams.

-He has twice as many RBIs as six major league teams.

-Has more RBIs in four games than San Diego Padres shortstop Enzo Hernandez had in 549 at-bats in 1971.

-He’s the first major leaguer with a home run and at least three RBIs in four consecutive games since Bill Dickey did it in five straight games for the Yankees in 1937.

-Has a homer and three or more RBIs in four straight games. The only players to do that in five straight games are Lou Gehrig (1931) and Bill Dickey (1937).

-Is the first Oriole and fourth player to homer in four straight games. Willie Mays (1971), Mack McGwire (1998) and Nelson Cruz  (2011) are the others.

Thanks to Orioles PR for compiling these.
