On Saturday, 37 members of the Orioles’ 40-man roster will be at FanFest. The all-day event runs from 11 a.m.-6 p.m. at the Baltimore Convention Center.

Season ticket holders are allowed to enter at 10, and they’ll get to question Dan Duquette and Buck Showalter from 10:30-11.

Technically, there are 39 players on the 40-man because Troy Patton who’s on the suspended list, isn’t currently counted against it. Patton will be there.

The only players on the 40-man not listed on the schedule the Orioles have posted are pitcher Edgmer Escalona, outfielder Francisco Peguero and Rule 5 draftee Michael Almanzar.

While the autograph session vouchers quickly sold out, there will be forums throughout the day featuring all of the team’s most popular players.

There will be special kid’s press conferences as well as trivia quizzes.

Single-game tickets will go on sale and seasonal employment interviews will be held.

I’ll be participating in a media forum at 5:10 p.m. on the main stage along with my friends and colleagues, Ed Encina, Brittany Ghiroli, Brett Hollander, Roch Kubatko, Rob Long and Mark Viviano. Steve Melewski will host.
