The Orioles have added another pitcher to their spring training invitees. He’s Alfredo Aceves, and last year, the right-hander had a 4-1 record and a 4.86 ERA with Boston.

In his six-year major league career, split evenly between the Yankees and Red Sox, Aceves is 30-14 with a 3.69 ERA.

The 31-year-old Aceves has mostly relieved, but started 15 games, including six last year.

He’s had two great years. In 2009, he was 10-1 with a 3.54 ERA pitching for New York. Two years later, Aceves went 10-2 with a 2.61 ERA in Boston.

In 2012, he was 2-10 with a 5.36 ERA.
