Baltimore Orioles (83-76) vs. Boston Red Sox (96-63), Oriole Park, 7:05 p.m.

Starting pitchers:

Scott Feldman (5-5, 3.57) vs. Clay Buchholz (11-1, 1.60)

Keys to the Game:

After winning two low-energy games against the last place Toronto Blue Jays, the Orioles will try and play spoiler against the Red Sox, who are trying to secure the AL’s best record.

The Orioles must solve Buchholz. In his only start against him this season, they had just three hits in seven innings

News and Notes:

The Orioles can win the season series against Boston with one win this weekend.

Buchholz is 8-3 with a 3.36 ERA against the Orioles in 15 games.

Nick Markakis is just 5-for-34 (.147) against Buchholz. Adam Jones is 5-for-24 and Brian Roberts 8-for-22 (.364).

Chris Davis, who sat out Thursday’s game with a sore foot, is expected to play.
