If eyes were misty at Camden Yards on Friday night before the scheduled start of the Orioles game, it had nothing to do with the rain that ended up postponing the game.

The Army and the Orioles arranged for 1st Lt. Ron Roberts to come home early from Afghanistan and surprise his daughter — who was part of a St. Paul’s School for Girls group singing the national anthem — and two sons. The reunion took place on the field. These things never get old.
