The Orioles essentially set their opening day roster when they optioned right-handed pitcher Kevin Gausman, left-hander T.J. McFarland and infielder Jemile Weeks to Triple-A Norfolk.
Conveniently, they were in Norfolk playing their top farm team on their way to Baltimore, so the three will be added to the Tides roster.
Barring a last minute trade or waiver claim, Jonathan Schoop, Evan Meek, Steve Pearce and Delmon Young all make the team.

Meek and Young are new to the team as are Nelson Cruz, Ubaldo Jimenez, Steve Lombardozzi, David Lough and Ryan Webb.
Schoop, Stinson and Clevenger were with the team last season, but not there for opening day.
The Orioles will place Michael Almanzar, Edgmer Escalona, Manny Machado, Francisco Peguero and Nolan Reimold on the disabled list. Johan Santana will be placed on the minor league DL and Troy Patton stays in Florida to begin serving his 25-game suspension for amphetamine use.
Two moves must be made on the 40-man roster by 3 p.m. on Sunday. Escalona (right shoulder) and Peguero (right wrist) could be placed on the 60-day disabled list.
NOTE: The Orioles beat the Tides 4-3 in a game halted after 5 ½ innings by rain.
