The Browns helped the Ravens take another step towards the AFC North title and the playoffs with their 20-14 upset of the Steelers on Sunday.
Pittsburgh fell to 6-5, losing for the second straight week. The Ravens now would, even if they lose in San Diego, hold a two-game lead. That would let the Ravens do even more damage with a win next week versus the Steelers in Baltimore.
They possibly could have a three- or four-game lead with four games to go, which would virtually lock up the AFC North very early in the season.
Pittsburgh struggled again on offense, this time turning the ball over eight times in Cleveland. Third-string quarterback Charlie Batch threw three interceptions, and the Steelers fumbled seven times -- losing five of them -- and didn't score a point in the second half after taking a 14-13 lead at the break.
The question for next week now is if Ben Roethlisberger will make it back to play. Pittsburgh now has more to lose with another defeat so it will be interesting to see what happens this week.
