In what will be the team's first game since winning the Super Bowl last season, the Baltimore Ravens will travel to Tampa Bay sometime between August 8 and 11 to begin the preseason.

The Ravens will play their first home game against the Falcons on Thursday August 15. This will be the first chance for fans to see new upgrades to M&T Stadium, as well as see the return of Joe Flacco, Terrell Suggs and the defending Super Bowl champs.

The team announced their full preseason schedule via Twitter, though a dates for the opener is still being finalized.

The third preseason game against the Panthers will likely see the most minutes for the Ravens regulars. That game will again be held Thursday night, on August 22, and will be aired on ESPN.

For the second straight year the Ravens will close the preseason at St. Louis. The fourth preseason game is generally a showcase for rookies and young players trying to make the team, and the game is scheduled for August 29.

The preseason schedule does not bring the excitement of the regular season schedule, which will be released April 16.
