It's still three months until the Ravens begin the season, but there they were on national television on Sunday morning.

Ravens kicker Justin Tucker, receiver Jacoby Jones and fullback Kyle Juszczyk joined Baltimore mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake, fans and the gang from NBC's "Today" show for a morning workout at M&T Bank Stadium on Sunday morning.

"We're on a mission to make Baltimore a little more healthy," said NBC anchor Jenna Wolfe, who also got a few dance tips from "Dancing With the Stars" veteran Jacoby Jones.

As they received high-fives from fans, the players led fans on a run up the stadium steps. The goal was to have everyone run 10,000 steps.

The "Today" show appearance is part of its yearlong "Shine A Light" initiative, which targeted Baltimore as a place to improve fitness and quality of life based on the city's high rates of obesity, diabetes and smoking. The initiative also will featuer a health fair, interviews with local chefs about healthy eating habits and other on-air features that highlight Baltimore.
