Harbaugh on next year's improvements

(Tim Heitman-USA TODAY Sports)

Getting ready to watch the Fiesta Bowl on New Year's Day? Here is one prospect you should be looking for and how he could fit as a future Raven.

What: Tostitos Fiesta Bowl

Who: Central Florida vs. Baylor

When: Wednesday, January 1, 8:30 p.m., ESPN

Player to watch: Cyril Richardson | LG | Baylor

Why he fits: The Ravens need plenty of offensive line help, and their run blocking was atrocious at times. Richardson is big (6-4, 335 pounds) and physical, and his strength is as a run blocker. Baylor has one of the nation’s top rushing attacks, and Richardson is part of the reason. He is viewed as a first-round pick, and will likely still be on the board when the Ravens select No. 16 or No. 17, which will be determined by a coin flip in February. Ravens left guard Kelechi Osemele said he is willing to play anywhere on the offensive line. Richardson could be plugged in at left guard to replace Osemele, while Osemele moves to right tackle to replace Michael Oher, who is likely to depart as a free agent.
