The Ravens will open their preseason by hosting the 49ers on Aug. 7, in a rematch of the two teams that played in Super Bowl XLVII. It will also give 49ers coach Jim Harbaugh a chance to visit and compete against his brother, Ravens coach John Harbaugh.

The remainder of the Ravens’ preseason schedule is as follows:

Week 2 at Dallas (date to be determined):

Week 3 vs. Redskins at M & T Bank Stadium (date to be determined):

Week 4 at Saints, Thursday Aug. 28.

While the Ravens have never faced the 49ers or Cowboys during the preseason, this will be the eighth preseason meeting between the Ravens and Redskins. Baltimore leads the preseason series against the Redskins, 5-2. The Ravens won their only preseason game against the Saints, 21-6, in 2005.

The Ravens have a 15-9 preseason record under Harbaugh.
