Ben Roethlisberger is officially out for Sunday's game at the Ravens, so the Pittsburgh Steelers again will rely on third-string quarterback Charlie Batch for the second week in a row.

Roethlisberger went down three weeks ago with a sprained right throwing shoulder and dislocated rib.

He missed Pittsburgh's 13-10 home loss to the Ravens on Nov. 18. In that game, Byron Leftwich played but was knocked out with cracked ribs on a hit late in that game by Ravens safety James Ihedigbo.

Roethlisberger practiced lightly this week. Batch threw three interceptions in his first start last week, a 20-14 loss to the Cleveland Browns.

The Steelers also won't have linebacker LaMarr Woodley (ankle) Sunday.

For the Ravens, tight end Ed Dickson (knee) is doubtful while cornerback Chris Johnson (hamstring), defensive end Pernell McPhee (knee) and linebacker Dannell Ellerbe (ankle/foot) are listed as questionable.

McPhee has missed four games in a row.
