Days later, people around the NFL are still feeling the impact of Justin Tucker’s 61-yard field goal. Tucker’s kick, which lifted the Ravens to victory over the Lions, improved the Packers’ playoff chances. However, the Ravens’ victory officially knocked the Jets out of playoff contention.

“I felt like I got kicked in the head,” said Jets coach Rex Ryan, via the Newark Star Ledger.

The reaction was just the opposite for the Packers. Josh Sitton of the Packers invited several teammates over his house to watch the game. When Tucker’s kick crept over the crossbar, Sitton’s house went nuts.

“We were kind of jumping around like little school girls to be honest with you,” Sitton said on Sirius XM NFL Radio. “We were pretty damn excited.”

Watching Tucker’s kick, and the reaction on both sidelines after he made it, was another riveting moment in the Ravens’ season. For Tucker to make the kick in Week 15, with so many teams vying for playoff position, made the moment even more compelling.
