Maryland’s time in the ACC is drawing to a close and Friday afternoon gave the Terrapins their first glimpse at life in the Big Ten.

The conference released home and away opponents for the upcoming 2014-15 season, a slate which includes five opponents who earned a berth in the 2013 NCAA tournament.

Maryland will have a home-and-home series against the following opponents, meaning they will play one home game and one away game versus each next season:

- Indiana

- Michigan State

- Nebraska

- Penn State

- Rutgers

The Terrapins will play four opponents at home only, three of which went dancing in 2013. One, Michigan, reached the Final Four:

- Michigan

- Minnesota

- Wisconsin

- Northwestern

The remaining four matchups are on the road only:

- Illinois

- Iowa

- Ohio State

- Purdue

Maryland, you’ll remember, played Ohio State on the road in Columbus this season, falling 76-60 on Dec. 4.
