The Terrapins are in scramble mode at the signal caller position followinglast week'sseason-ending knee injury to C.J. Brown, the only eligible college experienced quarterback on the roster.Hills, a6-foot-3, 205-pounder from Pittsburgh, ranked No.30 among 2012 recruits inthe always football-rich state of Pennsylvania according to Rivals.com. Both Hills and Rowe, another 6-foot-3 passer, are considered pro-style quarterbacks, making them potentially nice fits under new offensive coordinator Mike Locksley's system.Burns, a former high school quarterback,is transitioning from wide receiver back to passer as a sophomore after catching one pass during his redshirt freshman season.Maryland hosts William & Mary on September 1 at 3:00 p.m.
