Former Maryland tight end Matt Furstenburg has been cut by the Baltimore Ravens as it makes room for three signings, the team announced on its website Monday.

Furstenburg was signed as an undrafted on May 3, 2013. He played in all four of the team's preseason games in 2013, tallying four total receptions for 54 yards. He did not see action during the regular season.

He started 11 games during his senior season at Maryland in 2012 and caught 16 passes for 206 yards and two touchdowns.
