T.J. Warren, NC State’s sophomore forward who leads the ACC in scoring with better than 22 points per game, has been ruled out of Monday night’s matchup against Maryland with an ankle sprain, the program announced prior to tip-off.

Warren is a versatile scorer at the center of what the Wolfpack do offensively, a threat to get to the basket consistently with his 6-8, 215-pound frame.

According to a statement from the program, Warren sprained the ankle at the end of NC State’s 95-60 loss to Duke on Saturday.
