Maryland has offered 2015 Massachusetts point guard Jalen Adams, the junior's AAU program announced via Twitter on Saturday.

Maryland has made solid in-roads in the New England region thanks to assistant coach Scott Spinelli. Jake Layman and Evan Smotrycz are both natives of Massachusetts.

Adams, a 6-1, 170-pound guard, plays for Cushing Academy and hit a last-second shot to lift Cushing over St. Andrews in the NEPSAC AA semifinals on Saturday.
