Less than a month after being named a McDonald's All-American, Maryland signee Romelo Trimble has reportedly scored 47 points in a 69-68 Bishop O'Connell win over Gonzaga on Sunday afternoon.

The 6-3, 180-pound guard is the highest-rated player in Maryland's 2014 recruiting class, said to be the 36th-best player in the country according to Rivals.com.

He emerged nationally on the amateur circuit this summer with local powerhouse D.C. Assault and his success has continued during his senior season at Bishop O'Connell.
