CSN Baltimore dot com. I would probably not use that term. Take two aspirin but do you figure the Ravens -- football hangover is best dealt with by getting back out on the field. Was walking all the field in New England after losing to the AFC championship game is becoming. More the distant memory. I won't be the last time that we we will lose a big football game and I think. Yet the true test of a good team as I get back up and get back after and so far since I've been here we've been able to do that puts -- pass in the past the end. If you don't super woman Slaton. How -- you do really doesn't matter for the most part you know you can can take his stats and compare against other people but it's not helping your team when they won. Then everybody's back to -- more than insurance. The one notable absence is Ray Rice Ravens used the franchise tag on the Pro Bowl running back. Is Weis was looking for a long term. And lucrative deal. Love to have all the guys here you know look for every gotta be here but it's not realistic you know today's. Try business environment all that so we just move forward but rays -- and -- now we're going right. Ray Rice is working hard. You know he's working out what he's got to work out what's best for him and -- in his corner. You know Ray Lewis isn't here when I was nine years and get a lot of guys aren't here -- -- -- His contract. You know we -- them. And Joseph Flacco would like to get paid as well and is certainly next in line. Who's the quarterback enters the final year of his contract. Joseph was here -- -- voluntary camp that he expects to the year throughout the summer as Joseph said. It's important. I'm the guy who needs to make this offense go in Owings Mills with a -- spread -- Comcast sports net CSN Baltimore dot com.

His Brenda freeze after the game. As said leading into this game how Connecticut who makes great teams like the really bad and obviously saw that on display today him. I thought. You know they had tremendous firepower I mean anytime they were able to get an open look. Come even late in the shot clock in they were able it is sticking it and buried in the bask in the next there the last. Playing in them and stuff for us and but it's not stay away from the is MO you know were looking for in one mixing season rings than we're we're going to be a very tough teams that makes it. 3. Brian Roberts happy to feel like a part of the team

    Fri, 29 Mar 2013

CSN Baltimore dot com's. the players have been. It's challenging for sure but to come out here now on and be like one of the guys and to be part of the team doing everything. Really with. You know an outlook that haven't happened there would have been a while it's it's exciting and it's gonna come off the last here makes it even more exciting. What do you need to have been what are you need to see where you just know that you're ready for the season. idea and I think I'm ready at this point and I don't think that really any inhibitions about anything at this point I'm just. Excited to get out there and playing good and some game action and you just really get back to being a baseball player you know for so long now it feels like I've been just a rehab and tired of that I wanna be a baseball player and I want to contribute and contribute to this team and contribute to your organization and and try to get us over the hump we're really wanna be and you will hear people say will he be the Brian Roberts holds an all star second baseman. Do you think about getting back to that point or is that not part of the process for. I don't like to look in the past to live in the you know what happened. 678 years ten years ago what happened two years ago it's all over you know you'll. I don't you more wanna learn from the past and now live in itself to be a better Brian Roberts and I was. Previously you know whether that means. And that comes in various ways now that doesn't mean that your stats have to be better doesn't mean that. You have to do more of this or less than this it just means that. Through the process you've grown and you've become a better player you've become a better person you become a better teammate I didn't become better home. Part of the community all those things I think. Are part of being a better Brian Robertson. So that's really what I'm looking forward so looking into the future what do you see for 2013. I see a team that's gonna go out and compete for a World Series I see a team that's going to capture our fans like we union last year policy team that. Other teams don't want us to come in their ballpark. CSN Baltimore dot com's.

    Thu, 28 Mar 2013

CSN Baltimore dot com's. Each week we'll look at the Orioles and nationals farm systems to give you peek at who's next this week we spotlight the three best prospects for each club let's start with the pitcher Dylan One of the best prospects in all of baseball and he should be involved. my mid season but for now he'll begin at double do. Not far behind in the points 121 round pick Kevin golf. Another right hander who had a perfect for. And third it's 21 year old Jonathan's got the team's best infield prospect should find his way to the majors sometime this summer but for the Former top draft pick their top prospect camp here and down impressed in spring training we'll probably make a Major League club plus infield that he has prepared for. Center fielder Brian Goodwin could be an of his. But for now be getting double play and there is with the the eighteen year old with the team's best pitching prospect but he still recovering from the Tommy John surgery. But in my failings.
