Baltimore Orioles

The Orioles officially recalled Miguel Gonzalez to start Tuesday night’s game against the Los Angeles Angels. Gonzalez was sent to Norfolk during the All-Star break so he could get a start.

The non-waiver trading deadline is nine days from now, and while I’m feeling that Dan Duquette would love to better his club without subtracting much from it, I think it’s going to be hard to do.

Adam Jones continues to get recognized for his community work.
